Rash Of Vehicle Collisions With Pedestrians Continues With Richmond District Crash

San Francisco police responded to a collision involving a vehicle and a pedestrian in the Richmond district this evening.

The collision occurred around 9:40 p.m. at 17th Avenue and California Street, according to Officer Gordon Shyy.

The pedestrian was taken to San Francisco General Hospital with unknown injuries.

The driver, who was driving a four-door sedan, remained on the scene.

The collision remains under investigation.
