Shouldn’t we be seeing a reduction in pedestrian injuries with all the traffic calming measures SFMTA is taking? Maybe their theories are not correct. Could it be that people are confused by the all new signage, street changes and hype and have lost all sense of protocol when it comes to sharing the roads?
