Yet Another Pedestrian Struck By Driver, This Time At Bush And Leavenworth

A pedestrian was seriously injured when he was struck by a vehicle in Downtown San Francisco this evening, a police spokesman said.

The man in his 20s was struck near the corner of Bush and Leavenworth streets at about 5 p.m., Officer Gordon Shyy said.

The pedestrian was taken to San Francisco General Hospital in life-threatening condition, Shyy said. The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene.
