9:17 AM: According to KRON4’s broadcast, the California cable car line just restarted service. Let’s hope it sticks!

8:00 AM: Muni tells us that this morning, “regular cable car service on the California cable car line has been disrupted because of a problem with a track switch.” As always, buses will be serving the lines, instead.

It’s been six days since the last cable car outage.
