3:30 PM: If the activity on the Appeal’s Outside Lands-specific twitter feed is any indication, our correspondents Andrew Dalton, Katie Baker, and Ramona Emerson are having a hall of a time at the fest.

You can see a slideshow of some tweetpics they’ve taken today above, and you can follow them @SFAppealOL or by keeping an eye on our homepage, where we’ve got a widget going of their and others’ (@ us @sfappeal to add your feed) tweets from the show.

10:10 AM: Yup, the Outside Lands Music Festival begins today in Golden Gate Park, and it is chilly and damp in the Outer Sunset, so if you’re going, bring a coat.

The Appeal’s own Andrew Dalton, Katie Baker, and Ramona Emerson will be there, tweeting from the show using @sfappealOL, and we’ll be featuring their tweets as well as others from the show in that little widget on our homepage . Hit us @sfappeal if you’re tweeting and we’ll add you, of course — we want to hear what you’re up to out there!

Things get started at noon and run to about 10 tonight (here’s the whole schedule). Richmondsfblog has a great guide for fest attendees and neighbors, and, remember, if you live in the area and have complaints about noise, parking, or anything else fest-related, you can call 752-2098 from 10am to 11pm on Saturday or Sunday.
