9:54 AM: Power has been restored to nearly 1,400 PG&E customers in San Francisco’s Mission Bay neighborhood this morning, a utility spokesman said.

The outage was reported at 4:08 a.m. because of an underground equipment problem near Seventh and King streets and initially affected 1,395 customers, PG&E spokesman Jason King said.

At 5:11 a.m., 586 customers in the area had their power restored.

At 5:51 a.m., an additional 807 customers had their power back on, King said.

The last two customers had power restored just before 6:45 a.m., he said.

5:30 AM: About 800 PG&E customers remain without power in San Francisco this morning, according to PG&E officials.

At about 4 a.m. PG&E reported that about 1,395 PG&E customers were without power in the city. The outage is expected to be restored by 6:45 a.m, according to PG&E officials.

The cause of the outage remains under investigation.
