All lanes of southbound U.S. Highway 101 in San Francisco have reopened after an overturned vehicle blocked the roadway early this morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The solo vehicle collision, located north of Cesar Chavez Street, was reported at 1:17 a.m.

The roadway was cleared of the collision shortly after 2 a.m., according to the CHP.

The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
