shooting_nighttime.jpgA business on San Francisco’s Fillmore Street was robbed on Wednesday afternoon by someone claiming to be armed with a gun, police said today.

The robbery was reported at 4:50 p.m. in the 1900 block of Fillmore Street.

The suspect, believed to be in his mid-40s, entered the business and demanded money from the cash register, according to police.

He then put a hard object against a female employee’s back and said he would shoot her if she did not hurry up, police said.

The suspect was handed an undisclosed amount of cash and fled north on Fillmore Street. He had not been found as of this morning.
