shooting_nighttime.jpgA man was shot in the leg during an altercation at a home in San Francisco’s Outer Mission neighborhood on Saturday afternoon, police said today.

The shooting was reported at about 3:45 p.m. near the intersection of Alemany Boulevard and Ottawa Avenue.

The 26-year-old victim said he was over at an acquaintance’s house when he got into a fight with the suspect, who then shot him in the leg, police said.

The victim fled and was treated at a hospital for his injuries, which are not considered life-threatening, according to police.

The suspect, who is in his late 20s, had not been found as of this morning, police said.
