police-light-bar1.jpgA 60-year-old man was shot in the leg during a robbery in San Francisco’s Bayview District early this morning, police said.

The shooting was reported at about 2:35 a.m. in the 2400 block of Griffith Street.

The victim had just parked his car when suspects approached, one of whom shot him in the leg and took his cellphone and keys, according to police.

The shooter, described as a man in his 20s, fled and had not been found as of this morning.

The victim was taken to a hospital to be treated for his injuries, which are not considered life-threatening, police said.
