policeblotter_sfa.jpgA woman was choked and robbed while walking in San Francisco’s Portola neighborhood early this morning, police said.

The robbery was reported at 12:14 a.m. near Felton and Harvard streets.

The 23-year-old victim was walking home when four suspects approached from behind and began choking her, according to police.

The suspects took her property, including a purse and book bag, and fled on Harvard Street in a vehicle, police said.

The suspects, who remain at large, were described as men in their early to mid-20s, and the vehicle was described as a gray or green sedan, possibly a Honda or Toyota, according to police.

The victim suffered scrapes but declined transport to a hospital, police said.
