policeblotter_sfa.jpgA man escaped injury when someone fired shots at him in broad daylight Saturday in San Francisco’s Hunters Point neighborhood, police said.

The 21-year-old victim was standing in front of his home in the 100 block of Middle Point Road shortly before noon Saturday when two suspects approached him, according to police.

One said something to the victim and then started shooting at him. The victim ran inside his house and was not hit by the gunfire, although bullets struck and damaged the home, police said.

The suspects, described as men in their early 20s, fled and have not been found.
