pg&e_blackout(2).jpgPG&E is investigating what caused a power outage that affected more than 400 customers in San Francisco this afternoon, a spokesman said.

The outage was reported at about 12:40 p.m. and affected homes and business in parts of the Western Addition and Haight Ashbury neighborhoods, PG&E spokesman Jason King said.

Power was restored to all but 69 customers by 1:30 p.m., King said.

Crews remain in the area working to restore service and determine the cause of the outage.
