policeblotter_sfa.jpgPolice are trying to locate a man who shot two other men in San Francisco’s South of Market neighborhood early Sunday then escaped in a limousine.

The shooting was reported at about 2:15 a.m. Sunday in the first block of Sixth Street.

A 42-year-old victim was approached by two suspects, one of whom took out a handgun and shot him five times, according to police. A stray bullet also struck a 25-year-old passerby in the chest, police said.

After the shooting, the suspects jumped into a black limousine that had at least eight other occupants, according to police. The limo and suspects had not been found as of this morning.

Both victims were taken to San Francisco General Hospital to be treated for their injuries, which are not considered life-threatening, police said.
