policeblotter_sfa.jpgAn 18-year-old man was shot in the face in San Francisco’s Sunnydale neighborhood early Saturday morning, police said.

The shooting was reported at about 4:10 a.m. in the 1700 block of Sunnydale Avenue.

The victim was walking when he heard a gunshot and was struck in the face by the bullet, according to police.

He was taken to San Francisco General Hospital and listed in stable condition, police said.

No suspect information was immediately available because the victim did not see who shot him, according to police.
