policeblotter_sfa.jpgA man was stabbed during an argument near San Francisco’s Chinatown neighborhood early this morning, police said.

The stabbing was reported at about 1:05 a.m. in the 700 block of Pacific Avenue.

The 43-year-old victim was involved in an argument with a man in his 50s, who stabbed him and fled, according to police.

The victim was taken to San Francisco General Hospital to be treated for his injuries, which are not considered life-threatening.

The suspect was arrested, but police have not yet released his name.
