Bryan Stow, 42, had been in a coma at Los Angeles County-USC Medical Center since two suspects attacked him outside Dodger Stadium after a game against the Giants on March 31.

On Monday, he was transferred to San Francisco General Hospital where he remains in critical but stable condition.

Stow, a paramedic for American Medical Response in Santa Clara County, had a quiet evening after his 2 p.m. arrival, officials said.

Stow’s receiving physician, Dr. Geoffrey T. Manley, the hospital’s chief of neurosurgery, and his team are still assessing Stow’s injuries, reviewing his records and running tests to better understand his condition, hospital officials said.

The hospital expects to release more information about Stow on Wednesday.
