muni_generic.jpgMore than 150 feet of power lines came down in San Francisco’s Sunset District and near Duboce Triangle, causing parts of San Francisco Municipal Railway’s N-Judah line to shut down Saturday evening, a Muni spokesman said.

About 150 to 200 feet of power lines came down near Judah Street and 22nd Avenue, and near Duboce Avenue and Fillmore Street, at about 5:55 p.m., Muni spokesman Paul Rose said.

No injuries were reported, but the N-Judah line stopped service near the fallen lines, Rose said.

Crews expect to restore Muni service at about 9 p.m., Rose said.

Up to 5,000 PG&E customers are without power due to outages in San Francisco as of 8:30 p.m., according to the company’s website.

A PG&E spokesperson was not immediately available for comment on the fallen lines.
