Darren Aronofsky’s dark surreal film about the bloodiness of ballet. Vincent Cassel (a real ballerina!) with the chickeny collared-boned Natalie Portman and Mila Kunis. I was asked if there were any good reviews, or if I thought it would be good, and I paused for a long time and replied with an “Um.” Which I think will probably sum up the movie. Related note – rent The Company.

You may think you don’t know the words, but then you hear a song and realize you know every line of this amazing movie – imagine sharing this enlightened childlike feeling with about a hundred others, tipsy.
