weather.jpgThe sun has been teasing us all week – dangling itself all over San Francisco like the long-awaited dog treat everyone’s been yearning for the entire summer. Its recent appearance is making my fellow sun-deprived friends in the Sunset Fogset go crazy! I mean they’re like puppies jumping, rolling, whining, and panting for more. Unfortunately, that sun is not here to stay this weekend.

Friday: It’ll be another cloudy day. Instead of dangling some sun, the skies will be sprinkling some drizzle until the afternoon. The coast will be in the high 50s and inland will be in the mid 60s.

Saturday: I’m not going to ruin any picnics and tell you that there’s a chance for sun today. The weather report doesn’t speak of any clearing, only that skies will mostly be cloudy with a chance of drizzle. Highs will be around 63 degrees downtown and 58 degrees around the Presidio.

Sunday: The fog is never leaving. It’s San Francisco. Thick blankets of it will build a well-covered fog fort for the day. Chances of sunlight breaking down that fort will be rare, while 20 mph wind gusts may be more likely. Those downtown and around the Mission will get highs in the mid 60s and those around the Haight will get the low 60s.
