2:00 PM: Two men were arguing on Francisco and Taylor Street when one man allegedly stabbed the other in the shoulder. The victim was reportedly uncooperative and refused to provide information. No arrests were made.

9:30 PM: A woman walking on the 900 block of Van Ness was reportedly approached by man from behind and pushed to the ground. The man snatched her purse and ran. A passerby chased after him and the suspect dumped the purse. The woman recovered her belongings. No injuries or arrests.

    Thank you, housing project dweller, for using city emergency medical response services and then refusing to cooperate with police to apprehend the perpetrator. I’m never more proud of the role that I play in underwriting taxpayer funded housing for my fellow San Francisco citizens than when I hear a story like this one.
