Nealy allegedly robbed a victim at gunpoint outside of an apartment complex, Chan said. He then allegedly shot the victim multiple times, which left the victim paralyzed.
Mayor Gavin Newsom has authorized a $10,000 reward for information leading to Nealy’s arrest and conviction. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the criminal investigations unit at the San Francisco Police Department at (415) 553-1201.
