The Fiesta Filipina will be held at Civic Center Plaza this weekend on Saturday, June 12 and Sunday, June 13 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. each day.

Partial street closures around Civic Center Plaza will be in place from 8 p.m., Friday, June 11 to 5 a.m., Monday, June 14.

World Cup Soccer 2010 Live
The San Francisco Recreation and Parks Department will broadcast the World Cup Soccer 2010 matches beginning Friday, June 11 through Sunday, July 13 2010. The broadcasts will be held in Civic Center Plaza. The World Cup live activities include soccer demonstrations and food. Event hours are 10:00AM to 3:00PM each day.

There are no transit reroutes for this event.

There will be increased traffic near Civic Center Plaza.

The Giant Race
The first annual Giant Race Half Marathon & 5K will start at 8 a.m. from Terry Francois & Mission Rock and finish within AT&T Park. Runners travel northbound along the Embarcadero. 5K runners turn around at Bryant St. and return to the ballpark.

Half Marathon runners continue to Ft. Mason and return to 3rd & 16th. Both races finish within the ballpark. The marathon route will proceed via 3rd St to Embarcadero through the northern waterfront, the Marina, Ft. Mason, North Beach, Embarcadero to AT&T Park. This race will affect multiple lines throughout the City during the closures. There will be delays to several lines and multiple reroutes. Up to 7,000 runners are expected to participate in the race.

Bay at VN (only one lane and WB parking lane)
Beach between VN & Hyde; Hyde between Beach & Jefferson; Intersection: Hyde at Beach (Cable Cars will be allowed through)
Jefferson between Hyde & Powell; Powell (SB lane only) between Jefferson & Filbert; Filbert between Powell & Grant; Intersection: Bay at Powell
Grant between Powell & Broadway; Broadway between Grant & to far lane of Embarcadero; Intersection: Broadway at Columbus, Embarcadero at Broadway
NB Embarcadero (eastside parking lane and one lane of NB traffic only) between King & Broadway
King between 2nd & 3rd; Intersection: 3rd & King
3rd (NB lanes only) to 18th; Intersection: 3rd & 18th (22 line is regular route)

Haight Street Fair
On Sunday, June 13, the Haight Street Fair will be held from 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

The following street closures will be required from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m:
Haight from Masonic Street to Stanyan Street
Ashbury Street from Page Street to Waller Street
Clayton Street from Page Street to Waller Street
Cole Street from Page Street to Waller Street
Belvedere Street from Page Street to Waller Street
Schrader Street from Page Street to Waller Street

The following Muni lines and routes will be affected:
N Judah
33 Stanyan
43 Masonic
37 Corbett
71 Noriega

Event participants are encouraged to take public transportation to the event as there will be limited street parking. Monitored bicycle parking will be available on Cole Street between Page and Haight streets.
