Shortly after 2:30 p.m., a light rail vehicle traveling south derailed near the intersection of Church and 20th streets, according to Muni officials.

No injuries were reported.

Crews worked to get the vehicle back on the tracks, and the scene was cleared by 7:26 p.m., according to Muni officials.

Bus shuttles were set up to serve J-Church riders between 16th Street and 30th Street for nearly five hours while the service was affected on the line.
