Jeanetta Toluao was reported missing from Edgewood Center for Children and Families, a group home on Vicente Street, center spokeswoman Daniela Ogden said.

Toluao was last seen on Saturday when she was visiting family in Potrero Hill, and is believed to possibly be staying near Third Street in the Bayview District, Ogden said.

She suffers from a medical condition that requires immediate treatment, and is at great risk being in the community at large, according to Ogden.

Toluao is described as a Pacific Islander girl who is about 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs about 210 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information is asked to call San Francisco police at (415) 558-5508 or (415) 553-1071.
