The U.S. Geological Survey is reporting an earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 2.4 struck this morning in Sonoma County.
According to the USGS, the earthquake struck at about 5:10 a.m. and had a depth of 1.4 miles.
The quake was centered about 2 miles northeast of The Geysers and 12 miles east of Cloverdale, according to the USGS.
