Sadly, if you’re getting schweddy this holiday it won’t be because of the weather — it’s going to stay as crisp as it has been, before dampening this weekend. Here’s the day to day forecast we’ve pulled from several weather sites, then synthesized for y’all. Stay warm!

Today: It’s going to be sunny, and should get up to 54, with moderate (10 mph) winds making it feel a little colder. Tonight it should be clear and will get down to 42.

Christmas Eve: Sunny again, with a high of 55. That night I’ll bundle up as I head out to Christmas Eve Midnight Mass (shhhh! My mom reads this site!) because it’s going to drop down to around 40, but will remain clear and dry.

Christmas Day: More of the same — sunny and a high near 56, perfect waiting in line for dim sum weather. That night it’ll get cloudy and drop down to around 45.

Saturday: This is the day everybody* returns their gifts to the store, right? Well, wrap your unwanteds in a tarp or something, because it’s expected to be cloudy, with a 30% chance of rain after 10 AM, and a high near 55. We’re still warned of clouds and rain Saturday night, and expect temps in the mid 40s.

Sunday: More rain’s expected, clouds promised, and a high of 54. More rain and clouds that night, justy the thing to make you want to call in sick on Monday.

*Except me! I am sure I will love every Christmas present I get. BTW, thanks, Mom! You saved the day.
