Chronicle columnist and former Mayor Willie Brown made an interesting remark in his column yesterday:

Stefanie Coyote, who just got shown the door (link added) as San Francisco Film Commission executive director, is just the first to feel Mayor Gavin Newsom’s ax. There will be others joining her on the block in the weeks to come. Many others.

ORLY? Of course, now if anyone leaves Newsom’s office, Brown can proudly proclaim vindication, so, yeah, there’s that.*

But we prefer to take his assertion at face value, and wonder, hmm, who else will get the Brown-predicted boot? You guys are smart cookies, what do you think? Tipline is open, or just blurt out your theories in the comments!

*We at the Appeal predict that you, that’s right, you WILL DIE. You heard it here first.
