According to SFGate, Raymond Castillo says he was caught in the middle of a tussle in the Black Hole, or the seating behind the Oakland Raiders’ end zone, at a pre-season Niners/Raiders game. He was also wearing a 49ers jersey.

Police broke up the fight, but Castillo claims in his federal civil rights lawsuit against the city of Oakland that cops targeted Niners fans and taunted them saying, “You come to a Raiders game wearing 49ers gear, and now look at you crying.” Castillo alleges that OPD Officer Bryant Ocampo rushed him and twisted his arm behind him, “snapping” it.
