Disabled parking spot with Rascal.jpg

We’re told that this morning from 10:30-12:30, “Hundreds of Seniors and People with Disabilities” will be gathering “for a festive rally and lunch on the lawn of City Hall to demand that our programs, and lives are saved.”

When we heard this, we had two thoughts:

1) Pictures, please. Send ’em!
2) People with Disabilities (sic), eh? Sounds like a great time for a sting operation. How can we be sure this isn’t an MTA-spawned trap?
