Early this morning, the police were called to a construction site at 19th and Sloat after witnesses observed “suspicious activity.” SFPD tells us that when the police arrived, a man and a woman fled the scene, leading the officers on a short pursuit.

The chase ended in Daly City at about 1:30 AM, according to Daly City police. SF police say the suspects were taken into custody, and copper wire “very similar to that from the construction site” was discovered in the suspects’ car.
