The San Francisco medical examiner’s office has identified a woman who was found dead in a home in San Francisco’s Russian Hill neighborhood early Saturday morning at 45-year-old Kathleen Horan.

Police responded to a home in the 900 block of Chestnut Street at about 4:25 a.m. to check on the well being of a resident, according to San Francisco police Sgt. Mike Andraychak.

When officers entered the home, they found the Horan’s body inside, Andraychak said. The dead is being treated as a homicide, and investigators are working to determine how the woman died.

No arrests have been made in connection with the homicide.
