9:41 AM: True says “As of 9:35 p.m., the accident below has cleared and the N has returned to its regular route.” We say we bet you could still use this as an excuse to show up late for work, go for it with our blessing.

9:27 AM: Guess the accident’s not clearing fast enough — True has sent out an alert that “As of 8:55 a.m., regular light rail service on the N Judah is blocked by a non-Muni accident at Irving Street and 6th Avenue. Bus shuttles are providing N service between Carl/Hillway and Judah/19th Avenue.”

9:18 AM: MTA spokesperson Judson True confirmed that N Judah service has been delayed by this car accident impeding its progress, and that he’ll send out an update if its not cleared shortly.

9:16 AM: A tipster tells us that though they did not see the crash, they did not believe the N Judah was involved in the accident, only impeded by it. They also say that SFPD and a Muni truck were on scene, and estimates that the N train has been sitting for at least 10 minutes as of this writing.

9:04 AM: Good morning! We just received a tip that the N Judah Muni Metro is “blocked at 6th Avenue in both directions to due to a car crash in the intersection.” We’ve emailed Judson True to see confirm that N service is delayed, and will update when we know more.
