Alleged USF Rapist Expected In Court This Morning
A preliminary hearing for Ryan Caskey, the ROTC cadet accused of raping four of his fellow USF students, is scheduled for this morning.
It's alleged that Caskey, 21, raped his victims after supplying them with enough alcohol to incapacitate them. In February, Caskey had entered a plea of "not guilty" to his charges of four counts of rape of an unconscious person and four counts of assault with force likely to produce great bodily injury.
