Bank Robbery Reported in FiDi

San Francisco police are investigating a bank robbery reported Tuesday afternoon in the city’s Financial District.

The robbery was reported at 1:11 p.m. at a bank in the 900 block of Kearny Street, where a man entered the bank and handed a teller a note demanding money, according to police.

The teller complied, handing over cash to the suspect, who then fled before police arrived.

The suspect, believed to be a man in his early to mid 60s, had not been arrested as of this morning, police said.
