A 24-year-old man who was last seen in San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park on Tuesday has turned up in a hospital’s intensive care unit, a police spokesman said today.
San Francisco police Officer Albie Esparza said that Steven Harris, who resides on the Peninsula, was reported missing when he didn’t return after taking a mid-day break from work.
Esparza said hospital personnel notified police that Harris had been found and that he had suffered serious injuries.
Esparza said Harris denied being the victim of a crime and that the nature of his injuries is not being released.
