Argument Between Acquaintances Ends In Stabbing, Robbery

Two men who know each other started fighting early this morning in San Francisco’s Tenderloin neighborhood and one was stabbed and robbed, police said.

An argument at around 3:25 a.m. near Post and Larkin streets turned violent when the 30-year-old suspect stabbed and cut a 51-year-old man with a knife, police said.

The victim tried to fight back and the suspect then took the victim’s cellphone and money, police said.

The victim suffered a cut to his arm and a stab wound to his chest, police said.

He was expected to survive his injuries.

The suspect was able to evade authorities and has not been arrested, police said.
