Driver Strikes Pedestrian In FiDi Tuesday Morning

1:18 PM: A pedestrian was struck and injured by a car in San Francisco’s Financial District while in a crosswalk this morning, a police spokesman said.

The collision was reported at 6:09 a.m. at Sacramento and Battery streets.

The pedestrian was taken to San Francisco General Hospital with injuries not considered life-threatening, police spokesman Officer Gordon Shyy said.

The driver stopped at the scene and was cited, Shyy said.

9:21 AM: A pedestrian was struck and injured by the driver of a vehicle in San Francisco’s Financial District this morning, a police spokesman said.

The collision was reported at 6:09 a.m. at Sacramento and Battery streets.

The pedestrian was taken to San Francisco General Hospital with injuries that are not considered life-threatening, police spokesman Officer Gordon Shyy said.

The driver stopped at the scene and cooperated with investigators, Shyy said.
