Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival
Friday through Sunday, the Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Concert will take place at the Speedway, Marx and Lindley Meadows in Golden Gate Park. The concert will be held from 10:30 a.m. to noon and 2 to 7 p.m. on Friday. On Saturday and Sunday, the concert will be held from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.

The Park streets in the immediate area will be closed. No city streets will require closures.

The SFMTA will provide additional Muni buses on the 5 Fulton route from 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. On Saturday, the additional 5 Fulton buses will operate between Fulton Street at 30th Avenue and McAllister Street at Van Ness Avenue. On Sunday they will run between Fulton Street at 30th Avenue and McAllister Street at 7th Street.

The following Muni routes and line may experience heavier than usual ridership:

Taste of Fillmore Festival
On Saturday the Taste of Fillmore Festival will require the closure of Fillmore Street between Pine Street and California Street from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. The event will be held from noon to 5 p.m.

The 22 Fillmore Muni route will be affected.

LovEvolution Parade and Celebration
On Saturday the LovEvolution Parade and Celebration will be held on Market Street and in Civic Center Plaza from noon until 8 p.m.

The parade staging will require the closure of 2nd Street between Howard and Market streets beginning at 10 a.m. The parade will begin at noon and proceed west on market to Larkin Street where the floats will enter the Civic Center area.

The following street closure will be required from 8 p.m., Friday until 2 a.m., Sunday:
Dr. Carlton B. Goodlett Place between McAllister and Grove streets

The following street closure will be required from 12:30 to 10 p.m. on Saturday:
Hyde Street from Market Street to Golden Gate Avenue

The following street closures will be required from 9 a.m. on Saturday, to 2 a.m. on Sunday:
Larkin Street from Hayes Street to Golden Gate Avenue
Polk Street from Hayes Street to Grove Street and from McAllister Street to Golden Gate Avenue
Grove Street from Van Ness Avenue to Hyde Street
McAllister Street from Van Ness Avenue to Hyde Street
Intersections: Larkin and McAllister, Polk and McAllister, Larkin and Grove, Polk and Grove

Traffic crossing Market Street will be allowed on an intermittent basis between 2nd and 10th streets.

Castro Street Fair
The Castro Street Fair will be held from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.

The following streets will be closed from 4 a.m. to 10 p.m.:
Castro Street from 16th Street Street to 19th Street
Market Street from Noe Street to Eureka Street
18th Street from Noe Street to Diamond Street
17th Street from Hartford Street to Castro Street
Intersections: Castro and Market, 18th Street and Market, 18th Street and Collingwood

Westbound Market Street traffic will detour at Noe Street to Clipper Street; eastbound will detour at Diamond Street to 19th Street. Motorists traveling north from Market Street towards Divisadero Street should use 14th Street.

The following Muni routes and lines will be affected:

Excelsior Festival
On Sunday the Excelsior Festival will be held from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The following street closures will be required from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.:
Persia Street from Ocean Avenue to Mission Street
Ocean Avenue from Mission Street to Alemany Street
Ruth Street (and Watson Street) from Ocean Avenue to Mission Street

The 14 Mission and the 49 Mission-Van Ness Muni routes will be affected.

Blessing of the Fleet

The Blessing of the Fishing Fleet will begin with a procession at 2 p.m., Sunday, from Saint Peter and Paul’s Church on Washington Street. The procession will proceed to Taylor and Jefferson streets, along Columbus Avenue and Leavenworth Street, for the blessing celebration at approximately 3 p.m.

The following street closures will be required from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.:
Filbert from Stockton to Powell
Jefferson from Jones to Taylor

The following Muni routes and lines will be affected/re-routed:

Bridge to Bridge Run

The Bridge to Bridge Run will begin at 9 a.m. on Sunday from the Ferry Building. Both the 7k and 12k routes will finish in the Presidio at the Parade Grounds.

The following street closures will be required:
8:15 – 9:30 a.m., The Embarcadero (northbound) from Howard Street to Jefferson Street
8:30 – 9:30 a.m., The Embarcadero (northbound) from Washington Street to Jefferson Street
9 – 10 a.m., Jefferson Street from Embarcadero to Hyde Street, Hyde Street from Jefferson Street to Beach Street, North Point from Polk Street to Van Ness Avenue
9 – 10:15 a.m., Van Ness Avenue from North Point to the Municipal Pier
9 – 10:30 a.m., Beach Street (westbound only) from Laguna Street to Buchanan Street, Marina Boulevard (most northern lane only) from Buchanan to the Presidio Gate

Additional closures in the Presidio will include Mason Street, Halleck Street, Lincoln Boulevard, and Graham Street from 8 a.m. to noon.

Traffic will be re-routed around the run.

49ers Football Game
The San Francisco 49ers will host their next game on Sunday against the St. Louis Rams starting at 1:15 p.m. at Candlestick Park.

Motorists should expect delays on all bridges and freeways leading into San Francisco for at least two hours before the start of the game and for at least two hours after the end of the game. Fans attending the games are encouraged to take public transportation. For more information, please visit www.sfmta.com/football.

On game days, Muni offers several ways to get to Candlestick Park from throughout San Francisco. There are four Muni Express routes and two Shuttles.

The Muni Express route is Special Event Fare Service with an adult fare of $10 roundtrip and a youth/senior/disabled fare of $7 roundtrip. The Special Event fare with a Muni or CityPass is $5.

The Candlestick Shuttles are regular fare service, $2 adult cash fare per trip and $.75 for youth/senior/disabled cash fare per trip. All Muni customers who pay cash fare should be sure to ask for a transfer as proof of payment. Please go to www.sfmta.com for fare details.

For service to and from the game, T Third customers should transfer at the Gilman/Paul station to the 87 Candlestick Shuttle, which operates directly from the station to Candlestick and returns at the end of the game.
