Victim Of Shotwell Shooting Refuses To Speak With Police

A man was shot during an argument between two groups of people in San Francisco’s Mission District on Saturday evening, police said.

The groups were arguing in the 900 block of Shotwell Street at about 5:30 p.m. when shots were fired, police said.

A 21-year-old man was injured in the shooting but was unwilling to talk to police about the incident. He was taken to San Francisco General Hospital with injuries not considered serious, police said.

No suspects were taken into custody, police said.
