A victim suffered life-threatening injuries in a shooting in San Francisco’s Mission District tonight, police said.

The male victim was shot in the upper body in the 3400 block of 26th Street, which is near Mission, at about 8 p.m., according to police.

He was taken to San Francisco General Hospital with life-threatening injuries. Police have not released any suspect information.
