Emergency crews responded to a report of a woman struck by a car in San Francisco’s Nob Hill neighborhood this morning, a fire spokeswoman said.

The woman was hit around 11 a.m. near Polk and Clay streets, fire spokeswoman Mindy Talmadge said.

Crews had just arrived at the scene around 11:10 a.m. and the woman’s injuries were still being assessed, she said.
