BART service to San Francisco International Airport is back on schedule today after an earlier mechanical problem caused delays of up to 30 minutes.

A door malfunction caused one train to be temporarily held near the Rockridge Station at around 11:30 a.m., a BART dispatcher said.

The problem caused some delays on San Francisco bound trains, which were back on schedule by 1 p.m.
