7/30 9:02 PM: An elderly man suffering from Alzheimer’s disease has gone missing in San Francisco, according to police.
Eugene Smith, 80, was last seen at about 10:30 a.m. Monday in the 600 block of Larch Street and could be in the area of Steiner and Waller streets, police said.
He is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighs 137 pounds and was last seen wearing a black Giants shirt and black pajama pants.
Anyone who sees Smith has been asked to call San Francisco police at (415) 553-1071.
