Baseball Game Traffic Reroutes

The San Francisco Giants will play several home games beginning Friday through next Friday at AT&T Park.

Three games against Los Angeles Dodgers:
· 7:15 p.m., Friday
· 6:05 p.m., Saturday
· 5 p.m., Sunday

Two games against Philadelphia Phillies:
· 7:15 p.m., Tuesday
· 12:45 p.m., Wednesday

Two games against Atlanta Braves
· 7:15 p.m., Thursday
· 7:15 p.m., Friday

The SFMTA advises motorists of the increased congestion in San Francisco and advises commuters to use transit and avoid using the Bay Bridge on these dates.

As a reminder to fans, in order to reduce congestion on city streets after all events at AT&T Park, the SFMTA will close the northbound portion of the 4th Street (Peter R. Maloney) Bridge to all traffic except streetcars, buses, taxis and bicycles during the post-game period. Giants fans parked south of Mission Creek Channel who are heading north of the channel are encouraged to exit to the south along 3rd or 4th streets in order to avoid congestion on King and 3rd streets after AT&T Park events.

Phelan Loop Construction
From 1 a.m., Saturday until 4:30 a.m., Monday, the SFMTA will finalize construction work on the Phelan Loop. The new loop configuration will open Monday. For more details, please visit www.sfmta.com/phelan.

The following Muni routes will be affected:
· 8X Bayshore Express
· 49 Mission-Van Ness

Thong Protest Demonstration
From noon to 2 p.m., Saturday, the Thong Protest Demonstration will take place at Jane Warner Plaza.

SF Police Department personnel will be on site to monitor traffic.

The F Market & Wharves Muni line will be affected.

Spring Urban Air Market
On Sunday the Spring Urban Air Market will take place on Octavia Street at Hayes Street from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. For event details, please visit www.urbanairmarket.com.

The following street closures will be required from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.:
· Octavia Street between Fell and Grove streets
· Linden Street between Octavia and Gough streets

Intersections will remain open.

There will be no impact on Muni service.
