sfpd_squad.jpgA woman was sliced several times with a razor blade after getting into an argument with another woman in San Francisco’s Tenderloin neighborhood on Tuesday night, police said.

The attack was reported at about 9:45 p.m. in the first block of Turk Street.

The suspect and victim, both believed to be 19 years old, got into an argument, and the victim was cut with the razor blade, according to police.

She was taken to San Francisco General Hospital to be treated for a laceration to her chest and is expected to survive.

The suspect ran away after the attack and had not been found as of this morning. Anyone with information about the case is encouraged to call the Police Department’s anonymous tip line at (415) 575-4444 or send a tip by text message to TIP411.
