Firefighters are on the scene of a one-alarm blaze at a bar in San Francisco’s Noe Valley neighborhood, a fire department spokeswoman said.

Heavy black smoke was reported at 1:12 p.m. coming from Bliss Bar at 4026 24th St. between Noe and Castro streets, fire spokeswoman Mindy Talmadge said.

When firefighters arrived at the scene, they saw the smoke coming out of the building but did not see any flames, Talmadge said.

Firefighters found the fire on the first floor and had it contained by 1:26 p.m.

No injuries were reported.
