Holiday lights will brighten up San Francisco International Airport starting this evening.

Airport Director John Martin will host a holiday lighting ceremony at 5 p.m. today on the connector bridge between International Parking Garage A and International Parking Garage G.

Festive lights and decorations will adorn the facade of SFO’s main terminal and some roadways leading up to it, airport spokesman Doug Yakel said.

Pedestrian access to the bridge is available on the third floor of either garage. Travelers are invited to the ceremony.

In the event of rain, the ceremony will be held on the ninth floor of International Parking Garage A.
