A man was critically injured in a stabbing along San Francisco’s Market Street early Friday morning, police said today.

The stabbing was reported at 4:08 a.m. in the 1200 block of Market Street, which is near 9th Street.

The 22-year-old victim was stabbed in the torso with a sharp object and was taken to San Francisco General Hospital, according to police.

No arrests had been made as of this morning.
