Police are investigating a one-alarm fire that burned multiple cars in a carport in San Francisco’s Bayview district early this morning, according to a fire dispatcher.
San Francisco firefighters received a report of the fire in a carport in the 1200 block of Thomas Avenue at 5:10 a.m.
Firefighters responded to the scene and quickly extinguished the flames before the structure was damaged, according to a fire dispatcher.
Arson investigators are working to determine the cause of the fire this morning, a dispatcher said.
